ILS and Anduin Partner to Connect Fund Closing and Side Letter Management for Private Markets

Today, Intelligent Legal Solutions (ILS) and Anduin announced a partnership to provide a more streamlined service for both fund managers and law firms. ILS is the legal technology company behind ProVision, the platform for private investment funds lawyers and their clients. Anduin is the technology partner for private markets. Under the partnership, Anduin and ILS will build an integration allowing their clients to access an end-to-end fundraising process.

Launched in 2024, ILS counts 89% of the law firms ranked in the top three bands by Chambers USA for Private Equity: Fund Formation nationwide as customers, supporting fundraises of over $825 billion in aggregate across North America, UK, EMEA and APAC.

Anduin’s platform has supported more than 1,300 private investment funds, onboarded over 76,000 investors and powered more than $265 billion in capital raised, and is used by fund managers with over $7 trillion in aggregate assets under management.
